How to Dance K-Pop Style 2009

Filed as: Kpop // Responses: 20

Last year, we brought you our most popular video to date, How to Dance K-Pop Style, 2008. In that video, we showed you all of the dance moves that our students couldn’t stop doing in our classes. A year has passed since then, and now those moves aren’t going to be useful to you in your classes. Well, you could try doing them, but you’ll surely get a lot of groans. So, now that 2009 is over with, we have a whole new list of songs and moves that you need to know. So study hard! Your students need you to know this, so that you can start being the coolest teacher they’ve ever had.

One note: the dance at the end isn’t actually a Kpop song, but a comedy sketch that was massively popular in Korea for a while. It’s by Chocoboy, and – trust us – do this dance for your students and they will know exactly what you’re talking about, and might even join in!

Saw this while I'm at work with NO SOUND (cos I'm pretending to do work). I can't stop laughing. I LOVE THIS! Want update for 2010 yo.

  • Cass

Ha! The bit at the end cracked me up… I'm always making my cat dance to Abracadabra.

  • Cass

Surprisingly, it doesn't bother her. She's very laid back.

Love the video by the way. :)

  • Koo

I love'd it! I was suddenly cracking up in the middle of the street. (Smart phone)

I really like to see the 2010 version!

Hope you've realize the issue over GD's plagiarism's been settled; Flo Rida featured in GD's song if didn't know about it.

I am SO glad I went back to watch this because I just about busted out laughing in the middle of my classroom. At least we're not in the middle of something right now. >_>
Ring Ding Dong's one of my ringtones, but I use it as my cell's alarm tone. :D And my friends and I have our own "interpretive dance" to it, especially for the "elastic, fantastic" part.
