Super Crazy Korean Snow Day!

Filed as: Us and Bucheon // Responses: 18

Two days ago, Korea saw it’s heaviest snowfall since something like forever. It was magical! Snow doesn’t usually fall heavily here in Korea. Last Winter, snow would fall occasionally, but would melt away a couple of hours later. On January 4th, 2010, though, something close to 26 cm of snow smothered Seoul. Anyhow, the whole point of this backstory is to tell you that this snow day was AWESOME! Spudgy loved it, probably because he never saw snow like this before. We went out to the park to tape Spudgy hopping around in the snow, and happened to get a lot more than just Spudgy acting silly. It was a wonderful day, and we have it on tape!

We walk Spudgy through that park all the time. He loves it there :D

Haha, Spudgy is extra cute here. :D Coming from Finland I'm more interested in Korean culture than a shocking 27 cm of snow but what really caught my attention, or ear to be more specific, is the awesome background music. :) I'm really into kpop but I don't know any other type of Korean music. I haven't been able to go to Korea yet so I'd really really really like to know little different stuff than what you usually get to know in the Internet. :] Pretty please ^___^

This song was – I'm pretty sure – a song from Clazziquai's last album. The whole album is awesome, and didn't get as much attention as it deserved. Check it out. It's called "Mucho Punk."

I believe the song is "Tell Yourself" off the album Mucho Punk

your dog is the most ADORABLE thing in the world. I loved watching him going crazy on the snow, and then getting stuck in snow and then being embarassed because the girl was scared of him. hahaha. :)
