Whoa! We had a great time in this week’s LiveChat. We had a live studio audience as well! It felt like a real show. People were laughing at our cheesy jokes. I felt like we should have been in suits and we should have sat at a desk and had a picture of the New York skyline behind us.
Anyhow, you might be wondering why we had the KBS cameraman behind us. Here’s the deal: we did that thing on YouTube Fanfest a short while ago. Well, before that, we did a short interview with KBS and explained who we are and what we do. Instead of them just running with that piece, they were really quite fascinated, and wanted to see a bit more about what our studio and cafe were like. We didn’t want them to take away from our regular work day, though, so we wanted to show them how we hang out with you guise in our LiveChats. Now, I’m actually writing this blog post at our standing desk as KBS is in our studio, and the cameraman that never smiles is watching me write. HELLO CAMERAMAN THAT NEVER SMILES! SMILE ALREADY! He’s going to ask Leigh and Soo Zee what it’s like working here as well. I have a knife hiding under the table :D Ha! No, not really. Sorry if this is scatterbrained. I’m trying to write and trying to not be distracted.
Anyhow, this whole piece is going to show how YouTube is a viable career, and how foreigners do stuff outside of teaching here, and such, I think? I’m not too sure. Soo Zee knows about these things more than we do.
Apart from this weird KBS thing with the guy right in my face with the camera now like whooooaaaa, I’d like to give a special thanks to Siti Fatimah aka Fontina Woo @_pinkcheese from Singapore! Your package was loads of fun, and Martina’s panda drawing skills kinda suck.
Ok then! We’re gonna get back to filming our other artist collaboration video now. Trust us guise: we’ve got a slew of awesome videos coming out on Monday. Kevin, Amber, Eric, and more. You’re gonna love it.
Also, it’s really weird, because Leigh’s editing something at the moment and started laughing, and then everyone came to her computer to see what’s happening, and he’s filming us all laughing. And he’s not laughing. SMILE AT LEAST, KBS CAMERA GUY!
